L-3 CyTerra warrants every RANGE-R to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from the original date of delivery to the end user.
L-3 CyTerra will promptly repair or replace, at its option, any product which is defective in material or workmanship, without charge.
This warranty does not cover defects or damage due to abuse, misuse, mishandling, or use other than specified in the user manual. Batteries must be removed from the RANGE-R unit prior to prolonged storage. Damage from leaking batteries is not covered by the warranty.
RANGE-R products, to be repaired under the warranty service, must have a valid return authorization number, which purchasers may obtain by emailing RANGE-R.service@L-3Com.com or calling the RANGE-R Repair & Service Department at 407-517-6110. All costs associated with product shipment will be incurred by the owner. Product returns must be sent to:
